We are now accepting applications for the 2018 Students of the Year Program!
Apply or nominate a student today to join top Maryland High School Students in the fight against blood cancer through the competitive 7 week fundraising campaign. The final deadline to apply or nominate is October 28th. Students who participate develop leadership, management, communication, and presentation skills while making a lasting impact on the community and getting a jump start on their college career.
In 2017, the Maryland Chapter had seventeen candidates participating in Student of the Year. The 2017 campaign kicked off on February 3rd and culminated with a Grand Finale Gala on March 24th. Candidate teams worked hard to raise funds and awareness for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) during this seven-week time frame. By the Grand Finale Gala, the student teams had raised over $267,000 for LLS.
