Lea was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on her 7th  birthday, July 15, 2010. Lea was very sick for approx. 6 months prior to discovering the cancer that had set into 83% of her bone morrow. Lea began a 2 ½ year fight that changed  her family’s lives forever.

Her battle was not the “norm” and it has left her with many obstacles to overcome.

Despite the odds, Lea is now 12 years old and lives with her Mom Kate in Tampa.Lea loves fashion, swimming, socializing, reading, her cat Elvis and her new puppy Mellie Kellet. Lea named her puppy after 2 angels that recently lost their battle and are extremely close to her heart.  Spreading awareness & finding a cure for cancer is Lea’s life mission.
