For motivated high school students, Students of the Year is the leadership development and philanthropy program that ensures they stand out among their peers when engaging with colleges and/or future employers.
Through guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals at LLS - the non-profit with a track record of innovation and success - they will make a real impact in the fight against blood cancers.
In 2017, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society hosted its first Students of the Year campaign in the Augusta market. Twelve outstanding students signed up to participate in the inaugural event, raising over $50,000 in six short weeks!
Congratulations to our Augusta Students of the Year winner, Meg Macuch, daughter of Bill & Libby Macuch, of Davidson Fine Arts School, who raised $23,820 and to Ashley Davis, daughter of Zelwin & Tonya Davis, of Westminster Schools of Augusta, for winning the Mission Awareness Award.
Applications for our 2018 campaign are now being accepted! Click here to nominate or apply today!
