Tyler was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia when he was just 8 months old. In July, 2007, Tyler received his life-saving bone marrow transplant thanks to an unrelated donor named Marissa. This past fall Tyler started 4th grade and loves school!  Today Tyler remains 100% “Marissa" cells and is cancer free. He enjoys reading the "Captain Underpants" book series, listening to music and playing Wii.
