In June 2011, Naomi knew something was wrong. The exhaustion she felt after volleyball games was not normal. After a trip to the ER, Naomi was diagnosed with anaplastic large cell lymphoma. After more than a year of painful treatments, Naomi is feeling well and playing volleyball again at her high school in Hoover, Alabama. She loves to read, model and serve others. When she grows up, Naomi wants to follow her dreams of becoming a public speaker, graphic designer or engineer. Naomi truly has a bright future ahead of her!

In early 2012, Avery's parents noticed dark bruises on her legs. After visiting the doctor, Avery was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. After more than 2 years of painful treatments at Children's of Alabama, Avery is now cancer free. Avery loves science and gymnastics and attends schools in Trussville, Alabama. She truly represents what it means to be brave.

At 11 years old, Micah was diagnosed with T-cell Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. For 28 months, Micah would take several chemo drugs in various cycles. Thanks to lifesaving treatment and support from family and friends, Micah is 2 years chemo free and attending high school in Prattville, Alabama. He dreams of playing football for Coach Saban at The University of Alabama and pursuing a career in sports medicine.

It was after basketball practice in the summer of 2011 that William noticed something was wrong. After many painful tests and spinal taps, William was diagnosed with Ph+ acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Thanks to one of his younger sisters, William received a bone marrow transplant in December 2011 and is currently 4 years in remission. William attends school in Midfield, Alabama. He loves basketball and aspires of becoming an Agricultural Engineer. Despite his hard road to recovery, William enjoys sharing his story in the hopes of motivating and inspiring others battling blood cancer.

At 15 months old, Trevor was diagnosed with leukemia. For more than 3 years, Trevor would endure heavy chemotherapy, 25 spinal taps and numerous blood transfusions. Now, Trevor has been off treatments for 3 years. He loves basketball and reading and attends school in Trussville, Alabama.
