Meet Tate:

Tate is 9 years old.   He was diagnosed with T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on September 1, 2015.  He began intense chemotherapy immediately, and on December 18, 2016 was officially in remission.  He still has over 2 years left of treatment.  Even though he's had to miss out on a lot this past year, Tate has always kept a positive attitude and kept fighting, even when it was hard. 

Tate loves sports - any kind of sports.  He plays baseball and is looking forward to basketball.  He hopes to return to football once his port is removed in 2018.  He also loves playing golf and watching his beloved K-State Wildcats!  He is looking forward to starting 4th grade this fall and being able to attend on a regular basis again.
