My name is Autumn, and I am going into the fifth grade at Mediapolis Elementary.  I was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in March of 2009, and I am currently in remission. I love singing and gymnastics, and my favorite fast food restaurants are Jimmy Johns and Taco Johns. Someday, I want to be a fashion designer.
